need a hand?

Email info@emsos.app with your name, your agency, and what you were trying to do. A screenshot helps a lot. We reply as quickly as we can.

Common questions

I can't sign in to the app.

The app asks for your agency code first, then your username and password or Sign in with Google. Your agency's administrator can give you the code and reset your password. If you use Google, make sure you pick the same email address your agency has on file.

My information is wrong. How do I fix it?

You can update much of your profile yourself under My Profile. For membership details such as status, positions or certifications, ask your agency's officers, who manage those records.

My certification card was rejected or read incorrectly.

Upload a clear, flat photo of the whole card, or ask the officer reviewing it to correct the details before approving. emsOS always lets a person check what it read.

I lost my phone.

Sign in to the portal from a computer and open My Profile → Signed-in devices to sign that phone out, then change your password. Offline data in the app is stored encrypted on the phone.

I'm an officer. How do I get my agency on emsOS?

Email info@emsos.app and we'll set up a tour.

Delete your account

Your emsOS account is created by your agency, so deletion is coordinated with them. You can:

  1. Ask your agency's administrator to deactivate or delete your account, or
  2. Email us at info@emsos.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my emsOS account" and the name of your agency.

We'll confirm the request and delete your sign-in, profile and personal details within 30 days. Your agency may keep limited records it's required or entitled to keep, such as membership dates, certification history or financial records for its books. We'll tell you if anything is kept and why. Deleting the app from your phone removes the app's offline data from that phone. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Report a security issue

If you think you've found a security problem, please email info@emsos.app with the subject "Security report". Please don't access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing. We'll respond quickly and credit you if you'd like.
