emsOS wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. It grew out of a volunteer ambulance corps in New Jersey, where it runs the day-to-day today. Every feature started as a real problem at a real agency: an expired card nobody caught, a receipt lost in a rig, a vote that had to be counted twice.
